Do we know of anyone waiting on a TCC decision? For example, it
looks as though the KNL-563 changes are in, but the tool of for
dynamic loading is still in contrib. ANd it looks like the Quartz
changes are in trunk.

I am willing to take the hard line and say that if it's not
documented on the Confluence page, it's probably not going to be
included/permitted in 2.8.
