[sakai2-tcc] Test plans for Sakai 2.8 and cracks in support.

Dear all,

I am sending out emails for test plans for the 2.8 cycle. I hope the MT can link to plans to the code that they are maintaining on the test page:

http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/QA/2.8.0+Changes

Code quality can be expected to be lower at locations where neither the MT are maintaining or anyone else. These large cracks involve perhaps (I stand to be corrected) Search and JSF. Can the TCC suggest who owns this code. Should QA ignore.
