[sakai2-tcc] Administrator 'My Workspace'

I see the point to changing the admin My Workspace rather than deleting, therefore I withdraw the deleting suggestion as superseded.

Some of the tools do not (or did not) work for admins so that is probably why those were left out. They may be working ok these days. We probably need to test it.

Seems reasonable to remove the admin focused tools from the ~admin site but I think the logic for this just copies over everything from the !admin site so it is probably more than just a simple config change somewhere.

While they may 'appear' to be the same site, they really are different sites. The My workspace site (~admin) is (or should be) a personal My Workspace site created for the username admin. The Administration Workspace (!admin) is a special site where people added to it become administrators on the system.

I think it would be a waste of time to code around the special case of the user name (admin) in the demo case as every person who is an administrator (in the !admin site) will have a My Workspace. A possibly better question to ask is why are all of those admin tools getting populated into the (~admin) My Workspace to begin with and why aren't others? It seems like "Online, Memory, Job Scheduler and Become User" shouldn't be there. It's missing some tools like profile and schedule. I don't have a 2.5 to compare it to. It seems like this should match the My Workspace of every regular user.
