[sakai2-tcc] Administrator 'My Workspace'

 Hi TCC,

I am confused by the difference between 'My Workspace' and the Administration Workspace' for the account admin in the demo version of Sakai. Doesn't it make sense to remove 'My Workspace' as part of the 2.8 road map for this account.

Currently both sites have roughly similar tools, the difference being:

MOTD in 'My Workspace' is called Announcements in the Administration Workspace
And there is an extra email template tool in the Administration workspace.

No doubt there are reasons for multiple admin accounts, but not in the demo.

Does removal sound reasonable?
