[sakai2-tcc] Need a public announcement regarding 2.6.3/2.7.1 release

No.  The Sakai Project repo is specified both in the master pom and in the purepom.

Can you try it and build it again?  If you encounter the same error I can take a closer look this afternoon as soon as Nanette gets home from the funeral she is attending.
