[sakai2-tcc] 2.6.3 and Java 6

 From what I've read we should still recommend Java 5 and give 
instructions to use Java 6 because of the Java 5 EOL.

When 2.6.3 is released, we should switch all 2.6 QA servers to Java 6 in 
order to check the future 2.6.4 with Java 6 only unless we find 
something big and have to switch back to Java 5.
