I will be using 1.5 locally because I haven't had time to test
Sakai 2.6 under 1.6 at all.

After some reflection, I think we should force people who are
interested in running Sakai 2.6 under 1.6 to read the release
notes (and the changed release page!) and modify their startup
scripts appropriately.

Whatever guidance we can give them to do the modifications is
great, but they need to be conscious of what they are doing and
ready to fall back to 1.5 if necessary.
