[sakai2-tcc] Meeting to determins Schedule for Sakai 2.8 Release Activity

The schedule for 2.8 release activity has been updated to reflect comments collected as well as the discussion from Wednesday.

As noted on the Etherpad, several items will be up for votes soon:

- approval the 2.8 timeline (the sooner the better)
- deferral of move to Tomcat 6 and Java 1.6 for 2.8
- removal Blogger and Reports from 2.8
- statement on deprecation of "original" Profile tool
- inclusion of new tools/functionality for 2.8
