[Using Sakai] Floating Chat issues?

Hi All,

We are currently looking into using the floating chat feature in Sakai. 

Has anyone had any experience with it? 
We are wondering about performance issues and/or cheating issues that may 
have arisen.

Any feedback would be helpful.
