[Using Sakai] index filling up problem

Sakai-user is intended more for functional and general user and support
questions (and soon Teaching and Learning as well, after we merge the lists
and move to Apereo Google groups).

Sakai-dev is more for technical and development questions and Production is
for technical administration of Sakai systems.
