[Using Sakai] Inconsistent Event Logs between Site Stats & Forums

Matthew,

Ah ha!  I looked through the open issues, but didn't think to look at the
resolved ones.  We're on 2.9 still, so that's why we're seeing it.

Thank you so much for the info.  This will help a lot in terms of resolving
some questions we have around site usage.
