[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Ensuring viewable but not downloadable files

So with RTMP streaming you eliminate the ability to deliver the file to
nearly every mobile user, nearly every tablet user, and all users who do
not install Flash on their desktop. In addition, you offer only the
illusion of security as streams are easily recorded to a local file. While
I'm sure everyone continues to hear requests from instructors to protect
their valuable assets, there is simply no good solution if you want to
reach users in their preferred setting instead of forcing them into a
setting you control. Attempts to stream audio assets will result in lots
of work, lots of user complaints, and a tiny bit more difficulty for users
to collect the file to their desktop.
