[Using Sakai] Enabling a user of type 'lecturer' to be able to create a new site

Hi,

I modify the realms for the registered type. I added the site.add.project only. It
shows the user all the available site types to choose from.

how can we fix this?

besides, we do also need to enable the site.del function for the user to be able to delete
the site he created.
