[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Tests & quizzes FORCE submit feature

Hi Jim,

In theory, this sounds like a good thing to do. Yet, I've been asked are
there any downsides to doing this? For example, if a student got kicked out
due to losing their Internet connection about the same time the quiz was
due, would the instructor still have the ability to reset their quiz so
they could finish it vs. re-take it from the beginning?
