[Using Sakai] Tests & quizzes FORCE submit feature

HI There
Is there a "Force Submit" feature on the Test& quizzes module which allows an instructor to push/submit an assessment after the due date if a student has failed to select the submission button but has engaged with the assessment  (i.e pending submissions.)

Also  we notice that if one edits the Retract Date then the following message appears
"The Retract Date must be set when Automatic Submission is enabled"...however I'm struggling to  find the option for automatic submission. Can you  advise where this can be found please?
