[Using Sakai] Course-relative URLs

What version of Sakai are you running?  There has been some work done on
this problem for Sakai 2.9+

Sakai 10 builds on top of this work with:

Not every tool has been implemented, so there may still be some gaps.  What
tool are you linking to the resource from?
