[Using Sakai] possible assignments bug in Sakai

I tested and closed because I was not able to reproduce, but sounds like 
you can. Can you please test on 2.9.x nightly server to see if it still 
a problem there: http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8087/portal ?
