[Using Sakai] Resources Changes for Sakai 11

I dunno. I think that's maybe the problem. There's no single answer to that question. For some, why is because I want to move multiple files. For others, it's about moving big files and get around the per file upload limit. And for still others it's just because I like the ease of a desktop folder.
