[Using Sakai] Resources Changes for Sakai 11

I agree that it should tell you what it does, however giving some sense
that this will require a connection to your local desktop, as opposed
through a GUI is important (and something I've heard in trainings and
reviewing feedback)

You could just call it it "Connect Desktop"  I think that may represent
that your local machine will be utilized, you'll need to take some
additional time/steps to get it working, and that you'll be doing something
to send files to/from in a bulk process - people already have the mental
schema that a 'desktop' contains their files, so I don't think there is a
need to explicitly say that in the tool's name.
