[Using Sakai] Essay Question Pool

To my knowledge, most question pools are designed to randomly select one
question. You could have two items that draw questions from the same
pool, but this could (in theory) result in the same question being drawn
from the pool and the test would not enforce only one of them being
answered. You might be able to fix this in the scoring rubric, though
it would likely to be a custom rubric.
