[Using Sakai] Recording video and audio from within Sakai

Does Sakai by chance have a tool for recording video with audio?
If so, can it show both a presentation like slides or my desktop and show
me?  I've been trying other tools for these various tasks but having
trouble with each of them.  So I've been posting PowerPoint slides and a
separate MP3 file I have made with Audacity, which seems to be the only
program I can capture audio with.  Thanks.
