[Using Sakai] un-publish an assignment?

Here is an easy way to set an Assignment so it no longer appears as available to students, without deleting the assignment. If you adjust the Open Date and the Due Date to dates to a future date range, the assignment will remain within the list for instructors to see but will no longer appear to students. If you need to release that assignment so students can access the assessment again - resetting the dates back to a current date range will expose the assignment once that date range has been reached.
