[Using Sakai] memory usage

We have Sakai 2.8.2  in CentOS VM. 98% of RAM is being used all the time. When we check memory usage, we can see that most of the RAM is being used by Cache.

We are using following script to clear the cache:
#!/bin/sh
sync;  echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

is anyone having this issue? What could be the solution to fix this problem?
