[Using Sakai] Comments on student page in Lesson

[Duquenoy]

Hello,
In the lesson builder tool, on a student page, when a student posts a 
comment, a message is displayed : "You may only edit or delete your comment
until it is 30 minutes old"

Is it possible to reduce or increase the delay ? Is there a property in
"saka.properties" to adjust or delete the delay ?
