[Using Sakai] modifications to internal help in CLE (2.8)

Hi Francesca,

If you create an account on cle.edia.nl, you will see the old help system
of Sakai CLE being replaced by the knowledge base tool. You can also add
new tool and role sensitive articles in this demo. In an institutional
setting, the permission to add content is of course configurable.
