[Using Sakai] Reset password tool email without sender

I did a test on the Experimental server (see http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org for a link to experimental) and it worked by setting support.email. Since I used my personal email and don't want it sitting in a configuration file, I removed it after I tested.

Now there is discussion on the Jira  ticket what should happen if it does not get set (i.e. what should be the default behavior).
