[Using Sakai] turnitin open api vs new api (whatever its called)

Trying to figure out how to migrate off the open api and use the new
TII integration.  See attached screenshot.  Does selecting the "Sakai"
option enable the new api ?  Can you have both that selected and Open
API enabled at the same time, so for example you could have  a
production instance talking to open api while you are testing the new
api ?
