[Using Sakai] Support for Group submissions in Assignments SAK-22282 not working as expected

Hi all,

We were trying to incorporate SAK-22282 to our future 2.9 and we came 
across a use case which does not seems to be working.

The problem appears when you create an assignment marking 'Are 
submissions for a group?' and you select at least two groups which have 
the same teaching assistant or also, when a student belongs to the two 
groups (this last one seems to be understandable). When you try to 
create such assignment, you get the following alert: Alerta: The 
following users are in more than one group eligible to submit to this 
assignment: The Instructor1 (G1, G2)

so my question is, is it the expected behabior? We understand that a 
common use case is having a teaching assistant assigned to several 
groups. Right now, we cant create assignments with that purpose. Jira??


We are testing it in http://sakai-trunk.atica.um.es 
<http://sakai-trunk.atica.um.es/> because we could not find a trunk 
server with assignment.group.submission.enabled=true enabled. If anyone 
knows one, please let us know. Steps to reproduce it:
    - Log in as Instructor (password: sakai)
    - go toDiscussion 1 SMPL101
    - go to Assignments
    - Add a new assignment choosing (Grade Scale 10 points, set 'Are 
submissions for a group?', mark 'Display to selected groups' and set G1 
and G2)
    - Clic on Post and you will see the message.
