[Using Sakai] Lesson Builder - Members drop out of groups for assessments

Howdy

Lesson Builder on 2.9.1 appears to automatically create groups for managing
access to assessments.  We have tried to assign access to "Entire site" but
within hours it is reverted to the auto-greated group in the name of the
Assessment.

The problem with these groups is that members fall out of them and we
constantly have to go into the group management and move them from the left
choose into the right.

Any ideas why this might happen?
