[Using Sakai] Archiving Course Sites

Dear Sakai-users,

What happens when a course site is archived? Does the system make a snap shoot of the course and place it into archived course? Will the course site remain visible or available? Do previously enrolled student still have access to the archived site? How do I make the archived course site inaccessible to students only?
