[Using Sakai] SIGNUP TOOL- Participants list

Hi Peter,

thanks a lot! We are actually working on the 2.9 upgrade and we will be 
deploying the latest SignUp release (i think its Sign-up 1.0.0).

Right now, we have 2.7.2 with 1.0-SNAPSHOT SignUp.

Let us know if you need any extra information.
Looking forward to those changes.
