[Using Sakai] Sakai CLE & OAE

Is OAE a superset of CLE?

The web site says:
"A completely new system currently under development that incorporates all of the values of the Sakai CLE, and reimagines a new vision for academic collaboration."

Should one just switch to OAE then? What is their relationship?
