[Using Sakai] FCKeditor wordcount in swedish problem (Probable report of new Jira)

Hi ,

When using FCKeditor for input to forums in sakai 2.7.x wordcount is acting strange. It seems like that for every Swedish letter Å,Ä and Ö it counts it like an extra word as you can see in the picture:
