[Using Sakai] Setting up Email Archive

Hi,

I am currently on the Instructional Design team at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. We have recently started investigating the Email Archive tool but have been facing some issues;

1. How do Universities usually go about creating the course email accounts and who manages the inboxes? We have been testing and none of the emails go through. What procedure is generally followed to create these emails?

2. I've also seen the Mailtool and Mail Sender tools, if we were to deploy email archive which of the tools would complement it best?

Any ideas around this or ideas on how the Email Archive is used would be helpful

Thanks,

Zaahirah
