[Using Sakai] Assignment grade exists but ungraded

Was he tabbing through the fields or using a browser with AutoComplete
turned on?

I know this seems like a dumb possible explanation, but when I've been
grading assignments one-by-one through the web interface, one of the things
I noticed is that if I am using a browser with AutoComplete turned on, as I
keyboard tab through the fields sometimes the grade box will "kindly"
fill-in for me. And when I click Next Student, that score is saved. I
ended up with a similar-looking page at one point and thought, "Wait a
minute ... and went back and saw what was happening." This may or may not
be the same issue for him, however. Otherwise, I don't have any other
explanation at this time.

Sincerely,
