[Using Sakai] Test & Quizzes-no instructions

In the Test & Quizzes(SAMIGO )module we are not able to see the
instructions once it is added.i.e there IS  a field to enter assessment
instructions but when the assessment is published the entered
instructions don't seem to appear anywhere. Is there a setting that has
to be checked somewhere?
