[Using Sakai] Experience with Publisher content

We are an rSmart customer using Sakai. We are exploring how (or if) 
Sakai handles publisher content. Is there a way to import/upload course 
cartridge content into Sakai easily so that students can access the 
publisher content from within Sakai? We used to be able to do this in 
Blackboard and are wondering if there is a way to do so in Sakai.

Recommendations anyone?
