I created a ticket for you
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/INFRSTR-96in order to create a
contrib and confluence space.

I don't know what you want to call it, I just put MOTD2 since thats what
you had.  You can add a comment to specify what you want it to be named in
CONTRIB and Confluence.
