[Using Sakai] Calendar Subscriptions

No we have not. This work is the other way around. Subscribing to a Sakai calendar in Outlook.

We haven't looked at Sakai 2.8 though. I notice that it uses a much later version of iCAL4j, the website for the library that is used says it is "fully ical compliant" so I don't know whether this fixes some of the Jiras.
