[Using Sakai] Portfolio Question

Hello all,

I have a teacher who is trying to save a form to the matrice.  Every
time he clicks save changes, he gets "Validation Error.  Read below for
more detail."  But there is no detail, it doesn't give any hint to what is
wrong.  Has anyone seen this?  How do you fix it?
