[Using Sakai] Sakai Assignment Information

Hi Paul,

I echo Sams comments about the web services. There is also this JIRA ticket I created a while ago which would allow parents or auditors to view information about specific users. Not done yet though: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-19059
