[Using Sakai] Importing TestGen in Sakai

Some ideas:

A) Compare Pearson's text output to the text output expected by
Sakai's (Samigo's) markup text format.

B) Contact Pearson and ask them why they don't support a
standards-based QTI or Sakai format.

C) Use Respondus to translate from one format to another.
