Hi Jackie,

At the University of Virginia, instructors use anonymous access to deliver a mid-term course evaluation using the published URL in Tests & Quizzes. There may be other uses for anonymous delivery as well, but this is the case I'm aware of.

Hope this helps,

Subject: [Building Sakai] Tests & Quizzes: How is "Assessment Released to: Anonymous" used

Hi T&Q users,

Stanford does not make use of anonymous access so I want to find out how it is used out there in the Sakai world. A Sakai user recently reported a usability issue wrt to inconsistencies in assessment buttons showing up depending on how a student accessed the assessment. I'd like to understand how anonymous access is used in order to inform my decision about how to best handle the UI inconsistencies.

Thanks in advance for your time,
Jackie
