[Using Sakai] Tests & Quizzes: How is "Assessment Released to: Anonymous" used

Hi Jackie,

	At Brock University anonymous access is occasionally used for surveys and course evaluations.  It's less frequently used  as a web form, for example in certain course have a assessment linked to from the web that participants fill out to apply to join the site.

	I agree that constant, and more survey-aware wording would help a lot.  Most of those above cases have instructions on what buttons to press in the pre-assessmnet instructions.
