[Using Sakai] Users Present option in Sakai

Right, this was a feature added to 2.6 by
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-2607.

There is a site property (mentioned by John)
*display-users-present (true/false)*

And a sakai property
*display.users.present*

The sakai property can have 4 values, with the default set in
config/../default.sakai.properties being *true*.
The other possibilities are *never/always/true/false*

always = Always display users presence, don't allow site overrides
never = Hide display users presence, don't allow site overrides
true = Default display presence, site override if set to false will hide
this
false = Default hide presence, site override if set to true will show this

So in a default config that has the display.users.present system
property=true, you just override the site property in a specific site to
disable it from that site.
