[Using Sakai] Quick turnaround data request

My CIO is looking for some comparative data for a meeting he's attending 
Friday morning. In this case, comparative is 4 year public research 
universities, although data from other schools will also be helpful.

He wants to know:

What percent of courses are in Sakai?
Do you use other CMSes - which one(s)
Are online courses done in Sakai?  What percent?
What other CMS handles online courses?
Do online courses need/use 24/7 support?
Do you have any issues with support of disabled users, e.g. users of 
screen readers?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
