[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Support for additional browsers

While installing a new computer today, I noticed that 
MS has now moved Internet Explorer 9 into the 
"Important Updates" section of its "Check for updates" 
process. This presumably means that a fair number of 
people will shortly be installing it.
