[Using Sakai] Samigo attachment downloads as 0b file size

Hi Warwich,

The attachment URL should look like:

https://serverXXX/access/content/attachment/*SITE_ID*
/Tests%20_%20Quizzes/...

Can you please check if your URL looks like the above one? Or if you have
something like:

https://serverXXX/access/content/attachment/*
~bb77c5f7-5a43-4610-809b-2d97f7b4829c*/Tests%20_%20Quizzes/...

Where "bb77c5f7-5a43-4610-809b-2d97f7b4829c" is the id of someone's My
Workspace.

If you have the correct URL, can you check if the student who gets 0b
download has the correct permission of that attachment?
