[Using Sakai] Samigo attachment downloads as 0b file size

Hi Samigo gurus

I've hit another little glitch.  I have a an attachment on an assessment
(.doc) which has a filesize (27.14kb) but when downloads, is 0b and
unusable?  Another attachment for another student downloads fine.

Thoughts?  Any other way to extract the attachment?
