[Using Sakai] Term-to-Term Teaching Manifesto

Clay and Sakai Users:

I've added a manifesto entitled "Term-to-Term Teaching Workflow" to Confluence in hopes of helping to reveal the dynamics or user journeys for the Sakai 3 design -- with the understanding, of course, that these are not official design documents.

I invite anyone else to contribute to it, especially those experienced in teaching in different fields, whose procedures and needs may not be adequately covered.
